Service Description

PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION ON THE TRAINING PAGE PRIOR TO BOOKING. For 2024, this will be a HYBRID course. There will be a 90 minute online classroom session followed by a full day driving course (appx. 10am-6pm). If you are unable to attend the online course, you must watch the recording before the driving day. The goal is to build upon some basic skills and move into more advanced driving and recovery techniques. If you have some experience with off-road driving or have already taken our Off-Highway 101 course, this is the class for you. Please provide information on your experience in the registration form so we can help make sure it is a good fit. This course is suitable for lightly modified 4wd vehicles. Pure stock vehicles (all season tires, etc) may encounter challenges. NOTE: There is risk of vehicle damage in this course so protective equipment like Rock Sliders and Skid Plates are highly recommended. Please accurately represent the condition of your vehicle in the registration form so that we can plan accordingly. Required Vehicle Equipment: 4WD with working Low range Front and Rear recovery points Recovery strap (no metal ends) and mean to attach it to two vehicles Radio (GMRS Recommended, FRS ok), if GMRS a FCC license is required These trainings require street legal, insured, registered vehicles and valid drivers licenses. We do have other training on private properties that we can do in small groups or 1:1 if this is an issue for you or your vehicle - please email for details! Required Personal Items: Clothing suitable for any weather during the day (classes are held rain or shine) Sturdy footwear for walking safely on trails Work gloves First aid kit Bug spray and sunscreen as required Water/non-alcoholic beverages/snacks for all vehicle occupants Any special medications or foods you may need during the course of the day Optional Equipment: Aftermarket bumpers and recovery points Locking Differentials Winch and winch kits Any recovery gear on which you would like instruction This purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE, but we may be able to transfer your registration to a different date if needed (this is not guaranteed).

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule trainings if you provide 72 hours notice prior to the start of your scheduled session. Trainings are non-refundable.
