Service Description

PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION ON THE TRAINING PAGE PRIOR TO BOOKING. This is a HYBRID course. There will be a 90 minute online classroom session followed by a full day driving course. If you are unable to attend the online course, you must watch the recording before the driving day. If you have some experience with off-road driving or have already taken our 4WD 101 course, this is the class for you. This course is suitable for lightly modified 4WD vehicles. Pure stock vehicles (all season tires, etc) may encounter challenges. NOTE: There is risk of vehicle damage in this course so protective equipment like Rock Sliders and Skid Plates are highly recommended. Please accurately represent the condition of your vehicle in the registration form so that we can plan accordingly. Required Vehicle Equipment: 4WD with working Low range Front and Rear recovery points Recovery strap (no metal ends) and mean to attach it to two vehicles Radio (GMRS Recommended, FRS ok), if GMRS a FCC license is required Street legal, insured, registered vehicles and valid drivers license Required Personal Items: Clothing suitable for any weather during the day (classes are held rain or shine) Sturdy footwear for walking safely on trails Work gloves First aid kit Bug spray and sunscreen as required Water/non-alcoholic beverages/snacks for all vehicle occupants Any special medications or foods you may need during the course of the day Optional Equipment: Aftermarket bumpers and recovery points Locking Differentials Winch and winch kits Any recovery gear on which you would like instruction This purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE, but we may be able to transfer your registration to a different date if needed with 5 days notice (this is not guaranteed). You may have a maximum of 2 licensed drivers per vehicle. Children under age 16 are welcome to ride with their parents for a guest fee of $15 per child. Parents should ensure children are not disruptive during class.
